What sets us apart in tenders

Most lift companies come on site once the shaft is already built. We are a repair and construction company, and this shows in the subject matter of our contracts: they cover not only "lift installation" but also shaft construction, floor slab strengthening, refurbishment of premises and restoration works.

This means the client does not have to piece a project together from three contractors, each responsible for their own part and pointing at the others when something does not fit. Design, construction, equipment and putting into operation are all the responsibility of one contractor.

We have an architect on staff. For a standard lift replacement in an existing shaft this is unnecessary, but for an external shaft or a protected building it is decisive: the design is prepared from the outset with an understanding of how the structure will look on the facade and what the approving authority will say.

Contract data is taken from the open Prozorro register under EDRPOU 33860532 and can be verified via the link at the end of the page. The list includes only signed contracts in which the company is the contractor.

What a turnkey project includes

The sequence in which we run a project. The client can order any part separately, but most take the whole package, as it keeps responsibility clear.

  1. Design work Site inspection, survey, design of the shaft and equipment. For external shafts and listed buildings, the design is prepared by our in-house architect.
  2. Tender documents We help the contracting authority draw up technical specifications that describe the actual building rather than an abstract lift.
  3. Construction work Pit, headroom, floor slab strengthening, steel frame for the external shaft, glazing, power supply connection.
  4. Installation and commissioning Equipment supply, installation, adjustment, static and dynamic testing.
  5. Putting into operation Documentation, participation in acceptance, equipment registration, handover of equipment passports to the client.
  6. Maintenance After handover we take the equipment on for scheduled maintenance, so that the warranty and the service are not split between different contractors.

Request a proposal We always provide a complete proposal, free of charge. We state the preparation time after the survey and analysis: on public contracts it depends on the complexity of the site and on whether design work is needed.

DK 021:2015 (CPV) codes our work falls under

If you are preparing a procurement, it is easier to check by code than by description. Below are the codes that actually appear in our own contracts, with the number of contracts under each. The list is compiled from the procurement titles in the register, so every line can be verified.

  • 45313000-4 Lift and escalator installation work 16 contracts
  • 45310000-3 Electrical installation work 8 contracts
  • 45453000-7 Overhaul and refurbishment work 8 contracts
  • 45000000-7 Construction work and routine repairs 5 contracts
  • 42410000-3 Lifting and handling equipment 3 contracts
  • 45454000-4 Restructuring work 2 contracts
  • 71320000-7 Engineering design services 2 contracts
  • 45300000-0 Building installation work 1 contract
  • 45313100-5 Lift installation work 1 contract
  • 50750000-7 Lift maintenance services 1 contract

The code appears in the title of 46 of the 163 contracts; the other contracting authorities did not include it in the title. So this is a list of what is confirmed, not the limit of what we can do: if your code is not listed here, write to us and we will tell you plainly whether the subject is within our scope.

External lift shafts, including glazed ones

The most common request from hospitals, educational institutions and older buildings is always the same: a lift is needed, but there is no room for it inside the building. In that case the shaft is built on the outside: the steel frame is fixed to the wall and rests on its own foundation.

Technically, this is no longer lift work but construction: ground investigation, foundation, junctions with the existing wall, thermal performance, drainage from the shaft roof. A mistake at this stage cannot be fixed by adjusting the controller; it takes rebuilding.

Glazing adds another layer of requirements. A panoramic external shaft has to withstand wind loads, avoid a greenhouse effect in summer and prevent condensation in winter. This is where an in-house architect is needed: the glass, the profiles and the spacing of the mullions are chosen together with the look of the facade, not after it.

We have been through this process both on ordinary buildings and on an architectural monument of national significance, where every fixing point on the facade had to be justified separately to the approving authority.

Projects

Selected from the register to show different kinds of complexity. The contract number is given so that each example can be found in Prozorro.

Western Directorate of the Works Customer

Reconstruction of the dormitory premises of the 16th Regional Military Medical Commission with an add-on lift shaft, 73 Stryiska St.

Steel-frame shaft for a hospital lift

Storozhynets, Chernivtsi Oblast 2023 UAH 4.7m

Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "Storozhynets Multidisciplinary Intensive Care Hospital"

Installation of a hospital lift with construction of a steel-frame shaft at the outpatient department.

External lift at a listed building

Chernivtsi 2026 UAH 4.0m

Quick answers

Public contracts: what contracting authorities ask

Do you work through Prozorro?

Yes. PE SRBK Portal (EDRPOU 33860532) is a regular participant in public procurement. As of July 2026, the register lists 163 signed contracts with 42 contracting authorities in which we are the contractor, with a total value of over UAH 202.8 million. This is all open data, available via the register link at the bottom of the page.

How long does it take you to prepare a proposal?

We always prepare the proposal itself: it is free of charge and does not depend on whether we win afterwards. But we only state the preparation time after the site survey and analysis: on public contracts it depends on the complexity of the site, the condition of existing structures, and whether design work and approvals are needed. Naming a deadline in advance without seeing the site would be guesswork, and that is exactly what most often derails schedules.

What does "turnkey" mean in your case?

The client deals with a single contractor from start to finish: survey and design, construction work in the shaft or construction of a new shaft, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, testing, paperwork and putting into operation. After that, maintenance is available if required.

Can you install a lift in a building that has never had a shaft?

Yes, this is one of our core areas of work. We add the shaft on the outside: a steel frame, glazed if required. The design is prepared by our in-house architect, so the appearance, the junctions with the wall and the foundation are worked out together rather than one after another by different contractors.

Do you work on listed heritage buildings?

Yes. In September 2026 we handed over an external lift at the building at 1 Hrushevskoho St. in Chernivtsi, an architectural monument of national significance, heritage protection No. 1740. Such projects go through restoration approval, and every fixing point on the facade has to be justified separately.

Can the work be carried out in an operating hospital?

Yes, and we do it regularly: 56 contracts with 21 healthcare facilities. The hospital never stops, so the work is carried out in phases, on an agreed schedule and with dedicated routes for moving patients. In Lviv we have worked with the Lung Health Centre (a municipal non-profit enterprise of Lviv Regional Council) under fourteen contracts, including refurbishment of the admissions department.

Do you hold permits for work on lift equipment?

The company holds the permits, certificates and licences required for work on lift equipment. We provide them on request and submit them as part of our tender bid. We deliberately do not publish the list on the website: there are many documents, they are updated periodically, and an outdated number in the public domain is worse than none at all. The full package is submitted with every tender bid; otherwise the bid would simply not be admitted for evaluation, and we have 163 signed contracts over ten years.

How long have you been involved in public procurement?

Since 2016, without a break. We have contracts in every year from 2016 to 2026, including 2022. For a contracting authority, this means we have been through scheduled audits, wartime restrictions and changes to procurement procedures.
