PE SRBK Portal has been working with lift equipment since 2002. We select, supply, install and maintain lifts, escalators and platform lifts.

Our head office is in Ivano-Frankivsk, with a branch in Lviv. We work mainly in Western Ukraine: residential complexes, hospitals, shopping centres, public buildings and private houses.

How we work

We do not just sell equipment. An engineer visits the site, measures the shaft, prepares the builder's work drawings and selects a lift that will fit the existing dimensions. Then come supply, installation, commissioning, testing and putting into operation. Once the lift is running, we take it on for scheduled maintenance.

A repair and construction company, not just a lift supplier

The company's full name is Private Enterprise "Specialized Repair and Construction Company Portal" (PE SRBK Portal). The words "repair and construction" are not a formality: we take on not only the equipment but also the building works. The pit and headroom, strengthening of floor slabs, the steel frame of an external shaft, glazing, refurbishment of the spaces around the lift.

We have an architect on staff. They are not needed for a routine lift replacement in an existing shaft, but when there is no shaft at all and one has to be added on the outside, the project starts with the design. Especially if the building is protected or the shaft is panoramic: the glass, the post spacing and the facade fixings are chosen together with the building's appearance.

Permits and certificates

The company holds the permits, certificates and licences required for work on lift equipment. We provide them on request and submit them as part of our tender bids.

• State Labour Service of Ukraine (Derzhpratsi) permit for high-risk work - No. 138.14.26 of 23 May 2014, valid (extended for the period of martial law).
• Construction licence - order No. 9-L of 1 March 2017, open-ended; extract from the Register of Construction Activity dated 14 July 2023, No. EL01:8020-2653-5629-7254 - work on buildings of consequence classes CC2 and CC3, including vertical transport: lifts, escalators and hoists.
• Module D quality system certificate under the Technical Regulation on Lift Safety - UA.TR.006.D.113601-25, issued by the conformity assessment body TESKO LLC (NAAU accreditation certificate No. 10227), valid until 11 September 2028.
• ISO management systems - ISO 9001 (until 7 August 2027), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (until 28 October 2027), ISO 37001 (until 20 May 2027).
• Registered trademark LIFTPORTAL - Ukrainian certificate No. 286315, classes 7 and 37 (lifts; installation and repair), valid until 2 January 2028.

Work on lift equipment must be carried out by a specialized organization - this is a safety rule requirement, not a client preference. For projects that need the full package (hospitals, educational institutions, public procurement), we prepare the documents together with our bid.

Public contracts

The company has been working in public procurement since 2016. The Prozorro register (Ukraine's public e-procurement system) lists 163 signed contracts under EDRPOU 33860532 in which we are the contractor, worth over UAH 202 million, with 42 contracting authorities. They include hospitals, district administrations, educational institutions and listed heritage buildings.

Our position on equipment from Russia and Belarus

We do not supply, install or offer lift equipment made in Russia or Belarus. Such brands that were previously in our catalogue have been removed entirely. The catalogue now features manufacturers from the USA, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Greece, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Moldova and China - the country of manufacture is stated for each brand individually, together with the source that confirms it.
