Where we work

Our main base is Ivano-Frankivsk, the second is Lviv. From here we cover the whole west of the country: a crew can reach most regional centres within a few hours, so a site survey or an emergency call-out does not turn into a separate expedition.

Our third location is Kyiv, where we have an installation team. It is not a branch or an office you can walk into - it is people working on sites in and around the capital. Thanks to this, central Ukraine is not a "long-distance trip" for us: the procurement register lists clients from Kyiv, and our projects have reached as far as Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, with an installation in Dnipro and a platform lift in Kamianske.

The limit here is economic, not geographic. One-off work - supply, installation, modernization - we carry out anywhere in Ukraine. Day-to-day maintenance several hundred kilometres away, however, costs the client more than it is worth, and we say so before the contract is signed, not after. So we confirm the specific region and timing when you contact us: 10 oblasts with completed projects show what has already been done, not a limit.

After the call, the conversation is short and to the point. If you need a new lift, we ask for the shaft plan dimensions, pit depth, headroom and number of stops: that is enough for a preliminary calculation. If it is about maintenance or an emergency breakdown, we ask for the equipment manufacturer and the approximate year of installation. For complex sites we come out for a site survey: such things cannot be settled over the phone.
